Mahindra launched the all-new Thar on 2nd October 2020 and the demand for the new SUV has gone through the roof. While Mahindra is working on reducing the waiting period on the all-new THAR, there are many who have started modifying their vehicles. We showed you a few modifications done on the all-new Thar in the past. Well, here is a new one that looks exactly like the Wrangler with the 7-slat grille at the front.

The modification job is done by Taren Bambara of the Bambara 4X4. While there are a few designs made by them in the last few weeks, this one is the latest. The biggest change in the vehicle is its front grille. A new seven-slat grille replaces the stock grille. The new addition does look quite premium and makes the vehicle look like a Jeep Wrangler.

Complementing the new grille is the new bumper. It is sleeker than the stock version and adds a sporty and aggressive touch to the Thar. The post says that this is made up of steel but new Fibre-reinforced Plastic (FRP) bumpers will be out soon. FRP bumpers are much lighter and are safer for road use. Steel bumpers are illegal and banned in India.  A functional skid plate has been added to make it more rugged.
